Rest assured that DMC has developed an Emergency Remote Operations Plan, should a mandatory quarantine order be issued thus requiring us to close our offices, to ensure our ability to maintain operations and services for the clients we serve.
Our 24-Hour Live Call Center personnel, featuring 600+ agents, has full remote operational capabilities. In the event that we have to route incoming calls to the Call Center due to an office closure, please be sure to provide complete information so a member of our Service Team can return your call promptly. While this will create a slight delay in our response time, we are committed to providing our DMC Family the exceptional Customer Service you have come to expect from us.
